What's the reason behind this raise?
According to Amazon, this is done to better align its fees with fulfillment costs for all parcel size bands excluding small and light items.
From Amazon's point of view, these changes make sense. They have to allow more space in the warehouse for bigger products but charge less due to lower weight.
Sellers will have to decide - to have lower margins or to increase products’ prices.
