About Klaidas
If something needs to be built from scratch, Klaidas Siuipys is your guy. A Lithuanian entrepreneur, he started selling on Amazon in 2015. He took over his family’s brand on his own. Through trial and error, he grew it to a 7-figure revenue in just two years.
That hands-on start gave him deep insight into the platform. His military service later helped reinforce the discipline and focus he already had. Klaidas has shaped a working style that’s strategic, action-oriented, and grounded in real experience.
His business began in 2018 when he spoke at the biggest Lithuanian Amazon Sellers meetup. After the event, he founded Shayz Consulting brand. It was his first Amazon-focused consulting and account management business. Passionate to share his experience, Klaidas started working directly with sellers on improving their business performance. He structured PPC ad campaigns, solved technical issues, and built strong strategies. The road so far laid the foundation for something bigger.
He signed his first retainer client on October 3rd of the same year. From there, the team grew, and so did the results. In 2021, Shayz Consulting became AMZ Bees. The agency's mission is to help private label brands reach their full potential on Amazon.
Since then, sellers across Europe, North America, the U.K., and Asia have partnered with Klaidas and his team. AMZ Bees has achieved over $50, 000, 000 in profit growth for their clients. All that in some of Amazon’s toughest battlegrounds, where most brands struggle to survive.
Klaidas regularly shares his experience at industry events. He has spoken at events like the Prosper Show, European Sellers Conference, WORLDEF Dubai, Ecomexpo, Sales Formula, and BZN Start and many others. Klaidas also leads FBA Lietuva the biggest Amazon sellers group in Lithuania. It's a place where sellers connect, learn, and grow together.
In 2024, his insights about one of AMZ Bees' clients were featured in the U.S. edition of Forbes. A fantastic achievement that recognizes his impact and expertise in Amazon's growth strategy and many more.
