From privacy-first advertising enhancements to more innovative tools for brand growth.
March brought plenty of updates worth your attention!
Here's a quick roundup to keep you ahead:
Run your ABC Ads on the Alexa Home Screen
You can now run your Asset-Based Creative (ABC) ads on the Alexa Home Screen (AHS) using Amazon DSP. You don't need to make new creatives. This lets you quickly increase brand awareness on Echo Show devices. (Currently US only.)
Google Privacy Sandbox is now integrated with Amazon DSP
As third-party cookies phase out, Amazon DSP uses the Google Privacy Sandbox. This helps you keep firm attribution and measurement. Especially for Chrome users.
New Business Price Action Panel for B2B Sellers
Now, you can use a unique panel if you sell on Amazon Business. It gives you real-time insights and tips for B2B pricing. You'll find suggested business discounts, competitive benchmarks, and pricing options. They can help increase your traffic and conversions.
More flexibility & better pricing for deals and coupons
Starting June 2, you can run Best Deals on any day of the week for 1–14 days. Fees will shift to a performance-based model. This will lower upfront costs and tie fees to actual sales. Coupons will also change to a lower-fee structure. (Currently applicable to the Amazon US marketplace).
FBA meltable inventory deadline – April 15
Note: Remove meltable products like chocolate and gummies from fulfillment centers by April 15. The remaining inventory will be marked unfulfillable and may be disposed of starting May 1.
Amazon Brand Builder is here
Now, you can get custom recommendations to grow your brand. This helps, no matter where you are in your journey - whether you're building identity or boosting recall and loyalty. New insights are available each month to help you take the next step with clarity.
Return fee credits for Remote Fulfillment with FBA
You'll receive automatic credits for return fees when you sell through Remote Fulfillment with FBA in Mexico or Brazil. This makes return costs the same across programs.
Prevent return badges with new dashboard insights
You'll now see a list of ASINs at risk of receiving a "frequently returned" badge. Monitor 3- and 12-month return rates. Check suggested benchmarks. Act quickly to prevent the badge from hurting your product visibility.
New AI-powered Interests feature launched
Shoppers can now say what they want, like "set up a home gym." Then, Amazon's AI will give them personalized suggestions. This feature opens new ways to discover, so ensure your products are easy to find.
